In 1964, Floyd and Elizabeth Miller bought a grand old Victorian four-flat that needed some love in East Lakeview. They moved in, fixed it up and raised their family in one of the apartments. Slowly but surely they built their business, purchasing classic Chicago three-story buildings in Lakeview, Ravenswood, North Center and Lincoln Square. Over the years they also built a fine reputation in the real estate business.
For over half a century, Miller Real Estate Investment Partnership LP has helped residents on Chicago’s North Side live safely, comfortably, and within their budget. Now in our second generation, we believe that renting should be enjoyable and always strive to provide the prompt, dedicated service our tenants deserve.
